Based in London, he distinctively graduated from the Royal Academy of Music- class of Tessa Nicholson- with an MA in Piano Performance and a Professional Diploma in Piano and Composition. He is currently graduating with a MA in composition at the Royal College of Music, specialising in Composition for Screen. His studies are accompanied by many solo and chamber music recitals, various compositions and involvements in theatre, film, interactive music and electronic music projects in contemporary music festivals in Athens, London, Berlin, Luxembourg, and more.

Currently based in London, he distinctively graduated from the Royal Academy of Music- class of Tessa Nicholson- with an MA in Piano Performance and an Artist Diploma in Piano and Composition. This year, he will start his MA in composition at the Royal College of Music, specializing in Composition for Screen. His studies are accompanied by many solo and chamber music recitals, a great variety of compositions and involvements in theatre, film and contemporary music festivals in Athens, London, Berlin, Luxembourg and more.
He received scholarships and awards for his exceptional virtuosity from the Onassis Foundation, the Athena Scholarship of London and the ‘Maris Vergotis’ Foundation. He is a Clifton Parker Award Holder, and he had substantial nominations for his music at several International Festivals, recently winning the award for ‘Best Composer’ at the Oslo Film Festival. Amongst other multimedia collaborations, he was a BFI delegate for 2019; he has collaborated with SHOWstudio, BBC 3, Channel 4, ICA and he has worked closely with world-renowned composers such as Philip Glass and John Adams. Sergei Babayan has noted that ‘’he is an extremely gifted person, both pianistically and as a composer’’ whereas Martha Argerich commented on his piano concerto as a ‘’tremendous achievement of artistry’’.
A native of Athens, he graduated from the Athens Conservatory with the highest distinction of the Golden Medal but also received his Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication and Mass Media from the University of Athens. He has been invited to give lectures and seminars on society, communication and philosophy of arts at the University of Athens and King’s College in London, where he is a current piano teacher.
